30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging
  • All components and accessories must be included

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@purrlivingstore.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping & Fees

Change of Mind Returns
If you’re returning an item because it’s no longer needed or your cat didn’t use it:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours at info@purrlivingstore.com with photos of the product and packaging.

We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please:

  1. Return your original order
  2. Place a new order after approval

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Used litter-related items (e.g., liners, filters, mats)
  • Opened hygiene consumables
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
