At PurrLiving, we curate and sell smart cat products sourced from trusted third-party manufacturers. When you place an order, it is fulfilled directly by our manufacturing partners and shipped to your door. This allows us to offer quality products at competitive prices with reliable, tracked delivery.


SHIPPING RATES

Contiguous United States (48 states):

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $50
  • Flat rate $8 shipping for orders under $50

Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes:
Currently not supported due to carrier limitations.

International Shipping:
We currently ship within the United States only.


PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Transit time: 5–11 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

Estimated delivery: 6–14 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by our fulfillment partners and may vary based on your location and carrier availability. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use it to monitor your delivery in real time.


DELIVERY & INSPECTION

Orders are fulfilled by our supplier partners using standard parcel carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional carriers, depending on the product and supplier. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If the package arrives damaged, take photos before opening and contact us immediately.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Orders are processed quickly, and we may not be able to modify the address once fulfillment begins.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

After this period, the order may already be in processing and will fall under our return policy.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
